Children residing at Odyssey Learning Center have the unique opportunity of consistency in programming between home and school.  The same principles of teaching and structured environments in the educational program apply to the residential program.  We are able to implement communication and behavior plans across both programs.  Individualized goals developed by the planning team can range from addressing basic hygiene skills to simple meal preparation.  Social skill building is integrated into all aspects of our program.  A variety of community activities encourage socialization skills in natural settings.  Developing functional skills for individual success is an important component of our comprehensive program.
